1. Platform Operator & Overview

WigiBids (accessible via wigigig.com) operates as an online micro-auction platform. By registering an account or participating in any auction on WigiBids, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

2. User Eligibility & Account Registration

• Bidders must be at least 20 years of age (or have explicit parental/legal guardian consent under Thai law).
• You must provide accurate registration details (Name, Email, and Phone Number).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Bidding Rules & Binding Obligations

• Finality of Bids: Pursuant to Section 509 of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, a bid constitutes a legally binding offer. Once submitted, a bid cannot be withdrawn unless outbid by another user or if the listing is canceled by the site administrator prior to auction close.
• Auction Completion: The auction closes automatically when the product timer reaches 00:00:00. The highest bid recorded at the moment of expiration constitutes the winning bid.
• Reserve & Seller Rights: The administrator reserves the right to set minimum opening bids or cancel/withdraw listings if reserve prices or operational criteria are not met prior to closing.

4. Payment & Winning Bidder Default

The winning bidder must remit full payment within 24 hours of auction conclusion via the payment instructions provided.

Default Penalty: Pursuant to Section 516 of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, if a winning bidder fails to complete payment, WigiBids reserves the right to re-auction the item. The defaulting bidder may be held legally liable for any shortfall between their original winning bid and the final resale price, plus reasonable administrative costs.

5. Seller Fees & Final Sales

• A listing fee of THB 30 is charged for each listing submitted and published, payable whether or not the item sells.
• A commission of 10% of the final sale price is charged on every item that sells, deducted from or invoiced against the seller's proceeds.
• Postage is set by the seller on each listing (default THB 40) and is payable by the buyer in addition to the winning bid.
• All sales are final. Once an auction closes or a shop purchase is completed, there are no returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations, except where required by applicable Thai law.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Users shall not engage in collusive bidding, price manipulation, or automated bot bidding.
• Shill bidding (bidding on one's own item or arranging for artificial bids) is strictly prohibited under Thai civil law.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with WigiBids shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thailand.
